1. General

Postronic is a supplier and distributor of professional hardware and technical solutions within retail, hospitality, point-of-sale systems, payment solutions, self-service kiosks and Auto-ID, among other areas.

The Website is intended for companies, resellers, system integrators and other business customers (B2B).

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service to the extent applicable.

2. Purpose and Function of the Website

The Website is used to present Postronic's business, products and services, and to provide product information, contact options and forms for quotation requests and reseller applications.

The Website is not an online store for direct sales. Purchases and payments cannot be completed through the public Website.

Orders and purchases are handled separately through Postronic's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, its password-protected B2B portal or through direct contact with Postronic.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Website. Purchases, deliveries and other commercial transactions are governed by Postronic's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and any individually agreed contractual terms.

3. Product Information and Synchronisation

Product information displayed on the Website may be automatically retrieved and updated from Postronic's ERP system, manufacturers and other information sources.

Postronic strives to ensure that product descriptions, technical specifications, images and other information are accurate and up to date.

Due to data synchronisation, technical updates or changes made by manufacturers, information may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated.

Postronic may correct errors and update product information, product ranges and availability without prior notice.

Information published on the Website does not constitute a binding quotation or an independent warranty regarding specific product characteristics unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Prices and Quotation Requests

Postronic does not publish product prices on the public Website.

Companies wishing to obtain pricing information may submit a quotation request for one or more products or apply to become a registered reseller.

A quotation request is non-binding and does not constitute a purchase agreement.

Prices, delivery times and other commercial terms are established through a quotation, order confirmation or another separate agreement with Postronic.

5. Reseller Applications and B2B Portal

Companies may apply to become registered resellers of Postronic through the Website's application function or by contacting Postronic directly.

Postronic reviews applications and determines approval based on relevant business criteria.

Submitting an application does not automatically entitle the applicant to a reseller account.

Approved business customers may be granted access to Postronic's separate, password-protected B2B portal within its ERP system. Through this portal, customers can view their applicable prices and place orders in accordance with the relevant contractual terms.

Access to the portal requires the company to be registered and approved by Postronic.

The B2B portal operates independently of the public Shopify Website and is subject to the terms applicable to the portal and the relevant business relationship.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product presentations and other materials, belongs to Postronic or the respective rights holders.

The materials may be used for obtaining information about Postronic's products and services.

Copying, publishing, distributing or otherwise commercially using the materials beyond what is permitted by law requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Trademarks and product names belonging to manufacturers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Permitted Use

The Website may only be used for lawful purposes.

Users are not permitted to:
